Innocent Allure Return Policy
At Innocent Allure, our bedding is crafted with care and intended to elevate your nightly ritual. Because linens are considered intimate-use items, we maintain policies that protect product integrity, hygiene, and your experience with our brand.
Returns (Unopened Items Only)
We accept returns of unopened, unused bedding within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
• In original, sealed packaging
• Unused, unwashed, and free from scents/oils/marks
• In resaleable condition
Once opened or used on the body or bed, bedding cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Opened Bedding
For opened items that have been used, washed, or slept on, returns are not eligible due to intimate use regulations and health standards.
Defective or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will immediately replace it.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Order number
• Photos of the issue
• Description of what occurred
We cover all shipping costs for verified defects.
If You’re Unhappy With Your Sheets
Luxury bedding is personal. If the product isn’t what you expected but has been opened:
Depending on condition, we may offer:
• A courtesy discount toward a future purchase
or
• A one-time exchange, at our discretion
Refunds are not offered for opened or used bedding.
Return Shipping Costs
For non-defective returns (unopened items only), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
