Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked “Delivered” but not received:

Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)
If still not found, contact support and we will help you file a claim with the carrier. Replacement decisions are made case-by-case.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will replace it immediately.
